Practical advice, such as vitamin therapy and topical hormonal creams, is combined with funny stories like the impromptu striptease of a teacher (that gives a new meaning to the phrase “hot for teacher” doesn’t it?) to give women hope for dealing with the big “M” without killing themselves or anyone else.
