I have no idea what this book is about. The cover promises that it contains ‘Useful methods to help guide you through the dangers of 2012,’ and that is certainly a clever marketing ploy. Almost everyone is now aware of the 2012 predictions, and certainly Hollywood is making the most of it. Why shouldn’t the mysterious author Great Sun get in on the action, as well?

Other promises include creating a “sun-like destiny,” receiving blessings from the universe, and interpreting the voice of starlight. That’s only the beginning. Super Life Secret Codes contains the solution for every problem you’ve ever encountered, perhaps even the cure for zits and social inadequacy. There is a catch, however: “You must have possession of and thoroughly understand this book” in order to obtain all that wisdom.

Clearly I do not understand it thoroughly. It appears to be a collection of positive if vague platitudes (“…miracles are within your reach.”) spouted by a kindly, befuddled uncle whose rambling does no harm, at least. Great Sun gives all credit to the mysterious Friend G, whom he met in 2005, and who may or may not be from another planet or dimension or time.

Friend G is also vague in his predictions and prophecies. “All kinds of things happen in the world everyday. Only you can decide what role you want to play at each stage of life,” is his early advice. It doesn’t get any more concrete, either.

On the subject of 2012, Great Sun tells us “Being passive will permit the natural disasters of 2012 to occur.” What are these disasters? you may wonder. Great Sun was also curious about that, and so he “used [his] knowledge to reach the Universe’s energy level…. There is an area that is like a computer that can simulate the future. ….I inputted the various signals of the human world into the energy simulator, and I witnessed a miserable earth tormented by drastic change.”

Here’s the good news: “The combination of precious energy from everyone’s love and gratitude can completely change the outcome of our planet’s struggle…”

So that’s it. I am a spiritually blind ignoramus, but if the rest of you can learn to “thoroughly understand” the messages of Great Sun and Friend G found in Super Life Secret Codes, the world will be a peaceful, happy place. You may want to start by borrowing a copy of this book rather than purchasing it. I’m sure the author won’t mind losing royalties, so long as his important message spreads around the world.
