That’s fine, but I urge you to read Segal’s story as well as Bernie Siegel’s inspiring foreword at some point.

The Secret Language of Your Body is categorized by ailment, making it easy for readers to jump right to the most pressing issue and find a series of possible connections and situations that may be contributing factors in illness. Segal goes beyond that section to offer the possibility of a connection to emotions. Unlike allopathic practitioners, Segal recognizes that ‘it’s all in your mind’ may be a more important diagnosis than it sounds.
